· The baking surface is made in special refractory material to enable a proper diffusion of the heat

· Each baking chamber has internal light and steam exhaust

· Temperature regulation up to 400ºC (370 in 4 pizza oven)

· In each chamber the top and bottom heating power can be controlled sperately
